The birds of the Great Western Woodland sing once more to the emu, she turns from Fitzgerald and runs
towards Kalgoorlie. Occasionally she stops and gazes back to the coast, to the forest, the streams. As she moves forward her feet make star prints in the earth. She arrives in Kalgoorlie to a cacophony of birds and the celebration of people. She lays her star eggs in Karlkurla Park. Inside they carry a universe of knowledge for the future.
